About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
I am approaching my 40th bitrthday and I really wanted to do something positive healthwise to mark that occassion. For 17 years I have been a vegan (sometimes vegetarian) I have always known the effects food has had on my body, but when a dear friend of mine spent this summer learning to be a raw food chef I knew that this was something I had to try. I was inspired...so now I am a few months new to the raw food lifestyle and I am hooked! I am looking forward to learning more, becoming healthier, and possibly losing weight.

Hi Jacquie - had a very easy dinner which had to be soft after dental treatment today. Grated radish, apple, with some sundried sultanas and a little tahini and tangelo juice. Very yummy . Am into radishes and enjoy those cute pink, white and purple ones. Makes amazing flourescent color juice when added to vegie juice. Cheers!
