Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

Your Inner Child Wants to Play!!!!

We all have a child inside that wants to get out and play and have fun! Let's all embrace our inner children and act silly and goofy and do things that make us feel light and happy!

The world out there is just waaayy too serious sometimes and we need to step away! They want us to think that we need to "grow up" and "act like adults" and although there can be a place for this there is very much a place for our other side!

We never need to let go of our child-like selves. This part of us is a gift that we need to embrace and let flow! Remember when you were a kid and life was fun and you didn't have so many worries? Even if you were never like this, it lives within you, somewhere. You just need to find the key that will open the lock!

Dance, sing, laugh, make weird noises/moves!!! Color pictures, build a fort, go outside, spread your wings, be FREE!!!!!

Let go of the fear that is holding you back. Tell yourself it is okay. I promise it is!!! Let your inner child FLOW through your magical self!!!

~Spread LOVE~
