"clear it out", the brake outs come from bad digestion mostly, but when you pick you make them even worse, because you infect the skin, and areas that are around the pimple, and than you get more pimples and scars. i would have not blemishes or just a few if I would leave small blackheads. but when i am stressed i feel it helps me to relax to examine my skin. if you sill have problems on raw vegan low fat diet, it might be that you are eating too much dried fruit, high glycemic index equals brakouts, as well fat. foods that spike your blood sugar levels causes imbalance in blood and you get pimples. refined sugars are toxic, so do not eat refined sugars and stay away form very dry dates, sugary juices. I feel very bad if i get a pimple and i squeeze it, its mental, so i try to avoid everything that could cause me a brakout. this died is helping me tremendously. if i ate bread and meat my skin would be so much worser, actually i do not know it would probably be all scared. great book to read is" do not pick on me.com " read it, its about scars and micro scars, when you pick you get more scars because your cells are not functioning not properly. you will brake out at the same spot you picked, it might be even cause cancer, because cancer develops in spots where there is not healing post. i have pretty addictive personality, but this is my worst thing that I do, in this period when I am changing my careers it adds a lot of stress, but you have to not be affected by that, you have to try, tapping helps as well. "I accepts myself even if i am not perfect." do not touch your face, do not pick, do not put your phone to your face, do not put bacteria on your face. do not use rough exfoliators, best thing is water with some natural herb extract, taht is antibacterial, like tea tree oil. dirt and city pollution can be washed with water and some tonix. no need for dermabrasion, but might be helpful if you have scars. watch your diet, watch your behaviors. eat very clean, and you skin will get better as well as OCD, everything will egt better. just be patient, stay one it. just feasting also can clean out your skin. if you want exfoliation go to the professionals, always. I got into raw food by finding high on health, because of my skin, than I found dan mcdonald, and i forgot about it, but now i remember, thats how i found 811 diet, after that, I found durian rider, also I enrolled into IIn. if you are interested in scholarship let me know, you can do it too. and you can feel healthy, happy, these things will not ruin my life, my future.
