Finally... the translation from Portuguese to English ... : )
1. Mushroom salad with trufa sauce.
2. Marinate eggplant rolls and semi-dry tomatoes with mediterranean fine herbs.
3. Green apple and fennel salad.
4. Couscous of quinoa sprouts and artichoke.
5. Linguine made of green beans with pistachio sprout sauce.
6. Detox salad made of celery with pumpkin sprout sauce.
7. Agrião salad and mandioquinha chips with sprouts sauce ( agrião and mandioquinha are from Brazil)
8. Marinate couscous with orange and sunflower sprout sauce.
9. Corn guacamole with flax nachos.
10. Açaí icecream and white chocolat pie.
