Yes, I am a member there. I don't think I'll be showing my kitchen any time soon. It's a disaster. Right now I'm going to be reorganizing the pantry. We have a tin kitchen, but a very disorganized one. It's funny, though, since I've been doing the raw food thing, disorder is startin to get to me. I think either Penni or Dara mentioned that on a video durin the last initiative.

Cathy - yes, it's called Ocean Solution and I just mix a bit of it in pure water and use it to soak and rinse all my sprouts. Since we can't link on RFR I will private message you where to get more info about it.

Hello Treesa:  Loved this video.  At 4:45 you mention Oceans Solution  which you use for soaking your seeds before sprouting.  Could you give us a little more direction on making this/?  Thank you for your help. Cathy
