Living On A Raw Food Diet Isn't As Hard As I Thought It Was Going To Be, Here's My Update...

Yesterday I celebrated my first month into raw foods, although it definitely feels like I've been doing this a while now.

Still no cravings for the old school food (probably because I've been keeping myself full at all times) and I am only excited for the next month.

One month at a time baby, one DAY at a time is more like it! I'm doing this with no pressure on myself and so far the results speak for themselves. I haven't felt this much daily euphoria and energy since I was in my mothers womb.

There's so many new great ideas and thoughts coming my way, I can only imagine what's happening on a cellular level. I'm sure my internal organs are throwing a parade on a daily basis.

I agree with you. In April I have been about 90% raw for one year. I have found it so easy and an absolute pleasure. There is so much you can do with salads. My tastes have really changed and I find myself dreaming about the next salad I can come up with. 

The only thing I find is I am starting to get really tired around midday. I certainly dont feel full of energy all the time and I drink 2 green smoothies a day and a huge salad and night and I do snack on dehyrated treats in between. Might need to have my blood tested to see if I am laking in something. But with all the greens I get I cant understand why I feel tired. I run five days a week so its not from been inactive.

Other than that I really love my raw food lifestyle. I dont like calling it a diet. This is the way I live now!
