I think I may just try that Joyce ~ it has turned real cold here this week and a warming savoury drink would be perfect xx thank you xx

Ahhh perhaps not enough calories then?  Its got better since I cut out cacao but still room for more Z's LOL  I am really trying to up the amount of juice to 4 quarts...

Something I have heard about but have not tried is to make a broth out of pulp.  sounds warm and yummy to me

You can always add hot (not boiling water 0 to the feasts :)...or smoothie style chewing :)..or get some gum and chew and the stomach will appriciate it as it helps in creating enzymes in the stomach..without chewing the enzymes cant be created....also if you dont have enough calories you wont be able to sleep...

Glad you had a great week....I know what you mean about missing eating...chewing....warm food....lol...I totally understand as I feel like that as well.......try and ignore it or give myself a bit of a break by having some dried mango slices or a frozen juice pop.   Not warm...you can warm up a savory juice and pretend it is soup.  And as for the not sleeping........that dream awakeness time is great for meditation......parsing your thoughts......I love that state.
