a really yummy dip for chips, crackers, and veggies.
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 overflowing tablespoon of chopped Green onion (scallions)
2 to 6 Tablespoons of water (add one at a time to your desired creaminess)
Blend all ingredients in a mini food processor or blender.
