it's a High Raw Life #44 Green Onion Dip

a really yummy dip for chips, crackers, and veggies.
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 overflowing tablespoon of chopped Green onion (scallions)
2 to 6 Tablespoons of water (add one at a time to your desired creaminess)
Blend all ingredients in a mini food processor or blender.

Michelle in the high raw kitchen is sort of like a weird science experiment sometimes!! I was going to add the Weird Science Trailer here since you brought it up and I hadn't thought about it for years, but it didn't pass through my "house rules" LOL!!! I have totally become my mother! Love the Green Onion dip idea and I'll make it later this week!
