Wendi- I currently have McCormick Guormet Collections Garam Masala. I remember a few months ago I needed a spoonful for something and that was all I could find at my local mainstream grocer. I recently bought some Frontier (organic) Curry Powder which is quite good. If I am ever near an Indian grocer I like to buy some spices.
As for the patty, I did mix in a spoon or so of ground flax, it dehydrates into a nice hearty patty. You could make small falafal like balls or patties as well.
I ordered those coconut wraps from natural zing. Raw food world carries them too. I am not a fan though, won't buy them again.
Michelle, I love your videos and you know I have watched just about all of them. YOU ARE FANTASTIC!!!! Anyway, I was wondering.....a couple questions:
1. what brand of Garam Masala do you use? I need to buy some....I tend to love curry, cumin, peppery spices so I think I will love this.
2. When you made the patty, did you add ground flax INTO the cauliflower, or just dust the outside? Did this hold its shape for a burger type meal, or how did you eat it???
I can't wait to make this, I have a head of cauli. waiting for me right now. I have never seen the coconut sheets. Where do you get those? (I guess that's 3 questions)
Janet, I am so glad you love it too. i know it is incredibly easy! I wrapped a bunch into a collard leaf with some cilantro, holy moly, that was yummy too.

Hi Michelle, I stopped back by to say that I made the recipe immediately after watching your video - it was mid-day and I didn't want to wait for dinner - it was/is fabulous. The sauce is so incredibly easy and delicious - this one is going into my 'go to' recipes for sure!
