Susan, it was so much fun watching this!  Loved the peppy music.  I was dancin'.    I crave cauliflower often, and will many times make spanish "rice" with it.  Definitely gonna try this popcorn.   Thank you, thank you!

 still new to this...and right now my biggest VICE is tender white popcorn with cayenne pepper and grated parmesan cheese..I eat it almost every day. So when I saw you mention raw popcorn i was on a hunt to know what you were talking about.  This is awesome. its basically  what i've been living off of for 2 years now( but remade for a raw lifestyle)...the popcorn I eat is my go to all the time. I even crave it, but I know it's something I really need to stop. Let's just say my belly is not a fan.

I can't wait to try this out..if this can cure me of my obsession with MY popcorn. I think the transition to going raw wont be as hard as I am feeling it is.

Wow, it was hard enough for me to do one!! I am pretty much new at all the produce cutting and prep, so I am learning as I go along, then I am thinking about storage and I have to learn that as I go along and glass has worked best for everything.  For some reason, the kale that I prepared didn't stay good in the plastic containers I had (over a couple days), but it did in the glass.  I will be getting more glass and starting to keep the cauliflower in them.  I can see how you can do 10 though.  When I first finished the first head I tried, my daughter loved it and could eat so much if I let her!!!  Seems kind of pricey though for a snack, but will keep looking for sales on it.  Thank you again.

Thank you Susan!! So not in the refrigerator at all right? Just glass or metal in a dry place? I need to do that, but you are right, it would go fast. My kids did like it, so they can help when I make a full head of it.
