Thanks.....I do have some questions! I have been eating high raw for a few weeks. My trouble is weakness, dizziness, as I have hypoglycemia. Fruit alone makes me more shakey.......it's some better if in a smoothies with greens. I have been eating raw fruits, raw veggies mostly, then a little quinoa, nuts, dairy. I'm trying to get better from fibromyalgia muscle pain. Any ideas would be helpful on my journey!
