Thanks.....I do have some questions! I have been eating high raw for a few weeks. My trouble is weakness, dizziness, as I have hypoglycemia. Fruit alone makes me more shakey.......it's some better if in a smoothies with greens. I have been eating raw fruits, raw veggies mostly, then a little quinoa, nuts, dairy. I'm trying to get better from fibromyalgia muscle pain. Any ideas would be helpful on my journey!

Hi Penni

I'm looking forward to learning about raw foods to help keep me off my HBP medication. I've used the DASH diet for a year now and I'm looking forward getting into raw foods the way nature intended.

Hi,  When I joined Raw rehab I received an email from a Lauryn Wake. It was one of those "give me your money I am in Guana". Things. I am blocking this person and I did not respond but My email address was used to add more spam. I wanted you to know I am a real person and this Lauryn Wake is on the Blog as a spam/predator.
