Hey Doll,Jill here.I was like this too, when I first stumbled on the raw food road,I was reading everything i could, trying different recipies, wanting everyone in my home to get on board, well at least try stuff,my kids did,and were surprised how yummy some things were.I then attended a local rawluck get together, and was amazed at some of the dishes on how they tasted.I still eat some cooked things.I really want to go to school to become liscenced to teach others this way of life.I was amazed when I made a raw apple pie,it was awesome:)also I tried to get a few easy recipies under my belt, along with green smoothies, fruit, veg juice etc..well we are close by and im so excited u dont even know, maybe we can get the raw food lifestyle out there for people to experience and taste and see what its all about, and how much cooked foods/processed foods/fast foods are killing ourselves and children, all these chemicals are proven to cause such effects to the human body, and how different u feel eating live foods. So take ur time, day by day, keep reading things, trying things,u will eventually findthings u like and fall into a pattern.well best of luck, and u always have lots of support from everyone on the rfr website, there amazing:)
Blood oranges have dark red flesh and a bit more tart than regular oranges. There is sometimes a red blush on the orange skin. But the flesh can be regular orange color with a blush all the way to dark red.
