I'm doing the classic version. I need strength training. I already do a lot of cardio. The only change I make it to swap the yoga for the stretch. I really really really can't handle the 90 minutes of yoga! It bores me to tears!! So I'll do the stretch dvd on Thursdays (today's dvd) and Sundays. It's my favourite dvd! It feels so good to stretch out my sore, worked muscles! What program are you doing? Have a great day!
