Hey Elizabeth, it was a lovely surprise to cross paths on YouTube. I plan on making some videos for my channel soon. I just watched Heather (from this forum) and her husband, Chuck, on one of Dan's latest videos. They were playing in a field of blueberries. It was really lovely.
Don't go over-thinking the raw food. It doesn't have to be an 'all or nothing' approach. Just be happy with your self and prepare to transition into it if you find it too difficult to go full out. Your health will thank you for it, even if all you can manage for now is to include 10% more fresh fruits and vegetables. In no time the increase in your energy will become apparent if you keep chipping away at it. Steady, consistent progress will pay off in the long run.
I'm doing well and feeling jubilant most of the time.
