It's wonderful to hear from you! Thank you so much for checking in on me. I love and miss your beautiful presence. My health seems to be quite good! I am still working on a few issues, but overall am doing very well. How are you my dear? How is your daughter? I hope summer comes quickly for you! xx
I love my raw food friends! I posted my Oat Cakes recipe in the kitchen and also under Gill's blog on "Catching Up" - if you have any trouble finding the recipe, let me know and I'll send it directly. Blessings to you!
I posted this response on my blog, but wanted to post it here too so you wouldn't miss it:
Annette and Angela, yeah, I hate to tell you, but the curls happened along with the raw food. My hair has always been coarse and wavy. ~4 years ago, I stopped using shampoo (switched to baking soda wash with ACV conditioning rinse) and it became soft and wavy. I went raw 2 yrs ago and it has become increasingly curly since then, to the point where it's pretty out-of-control-curly at this point and I get compliments galore on it. Not sure if it's because of the raw foods or hormones or some other transition, but it sure does correlate with the raw goodness.
Hi Angela from one Aussie to another - not that I'm biased (not at all) but I feel the Aussie mentality/attitude has something unique and helpful to offer here just as all the other global locations do!
Wishing you and your family all the best for 2012.
Hi Angela, thank you for writing, I miss you! I haven't been on Raw Balance very much, but I'm going to try spending more time at RFR at least. How are you doing? How is your daughter? I am doing alright, I've had my ups and downs as well. I have more tests tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes. I spoke with a medical intuitive today who was very optimistic. She said basically that if I heal my mind, the illness will too. She gave suggestions, like writing letters to people I have resentments towards (not to send, just to get it off my chest). And she said to visualize my breasts as being healthy! Ive been eating a Lot better, but not perfect. But I'll take better over nothing! At least it's moving in the right direction. Huge hugs! Xoxox
Angela, thank you for your thoughtful comment on my blog. I am do sorry to hear how your daughter struggles with this too. It IS very isolatiing and hope is hard to come by. Don't give up or let her give up. I just read an interesting explanation of what causes CFIDS/ME. Will try to summarize and post in next few days. Makes sense to me and I will be trying my corner based on it. Hang in there and thanks again. <3
