 It i swonderful to find another frum person here. I think given today's poor food choice and multiple illnesses caused by poor food and unhealthy eating there is an improtant concern for raw options.

  Everything needs balance and "sechel" however I will be interested in learning  the way to incorperate halacha and concern for raw menu's for both Shabbos ( like challah) and Yom Tov "traditional" meals.

 Thank you for acknowleding the friend request, I hope we can network and perhaps help in addressing this important concern. Not to forget teh mitzvah of " Shimartam  Meod Es Nafshosachem "

Eating enough calories is so important.
If people are not giving their bodies enough fuel to run on,
they are going to get hungry.
I call this body hunger.
When body hunger hits. (not to be confused with tummy hunger)
This is where people seem to make bad food choices.
What to do?
Focus on eating more protein and greens.
Dulse, Spirulina, Chlorella,
Sprouted legumes, Sprouted seeds,
Any and all Greens.
They are all high in protein.
