you know, fruit makes me feel so good - and yes, from years of people saying don't eat too much fruit, I say, FRUIT off!!
my juices everyday are the pretty much the same:
watermelon, lime and ginger
celery, lemon, green apple, spinach, kale, parsley, cilantro, romaine, green grapes, cucmber
pinapple, beet, carrot, celery, ginger
carrot, apple, celery, ginger (old standby that my husband insists on daily)
And when I am struggling to NOT consume junk (which happens) I make a banana, coconut water and meat, vanilla bean paste, maca, soaked dates, soaked chia seeds, raw cocoa smoothie - I swear it taste better than a chocolate shake!!
Oh and I drink a green smoothie that is usually spinach, berries, coconut water and bananas before I do any activity.
I did great yesterday, although felt alittle sluggish during the day but then my energy kicked into gear around 7 pm! wow. How did you do?
ooooh, sorry you had a rough day 2 - hope you increased your water intake and rested. I did start my cleanse.......and then I had an unexpected business meeting so I had a salad which is great I chose that BUT I got so aggrevated that I wasn't 100% liquid!
Otherwise I feel great. I'm hitting the watermelon juice hard this morning!
I start the juice feast tomorrow.......I have to go shopping and stock up....Right now I juice 2 of my meals and eat whatever at night....and that "whatever" for the past 3 weeks has been dreadful choices!! Can't wait to feel flush with juice. I'll keep you updated on my progress.
hiya - I do not plan to blog like I did for the 10 day Cleanse America....but I will be writing a bit here and there.....I will happily follow you on your journey and add my experience as we progress. Is this your first cleanse?

Hi! My fav way of consuming chia is straight up in water. You CAN throw them into your smoothie, but they are going to soak up 20% of their volume in liquid, so your smoothie could do one of two things, either become super thick or they will remain crunchy. I suggest you soak them in water (the "gelled" chia will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks) and add gelled chia to your smoothies. They are amazing hunger relievers and hydrating agents.
Thanks for the link with the rest of your photos of your trip. Beautiful! You know the photo with all the large rocks on the edge of the water? I kept thinking that would be an outstanding location for a high school graduation photo shoot or other celebration. The photographer would have to be in a boat but it would be worth the effort : )
Thanks for adding me as a friend, DaisyHair. I stayed and watched your photos. You have a lovely variety. Is that you out enjoying the water paddling your canoe? Love the photo of you and your bow all dressed up and smiling!
Thank you for finding me and friending me here! I'm thrilled to know you like My Kitchen Apothecary, but even more so that you feel we are soul sisters....LOVE that! Look forward to getting to know you and sharing this journey with you. All love...Treesa
