Thanks for the invite. I am so glad you are doing so much better! When I read your article it was like I was reading my life in a nut shell. It was nice to actually have someone I could relate to and know I am not alone in this. I am just getting started on raw foods and so far my health has improved some, and I am positive it will only get better! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Wendy, nice to hear from you. 10.30 pm here and Im heading to bed. Just looked a your photos and journey -a lot of commitment and success and enjoyment too.
By the way, I'm a person that thinks well balanced people do not enjoy a lot of stress and we've all been there - having too much. So I hope you will find helpful ways to bring your stress levels down and as some buddhist monk said along the way.... something like... It's our job to make ourselves happy and everyone's else's job to make that difficult. ( Everyone at the lecture laughed. )
I guess what I took from that is that everybody is living their own journey and does not feel responsible for making anyone else happy, ( and there are some so oblivious that they dont even know when they stand all over you.)
So maybe this thought will help you to see situations a bit differently sometimes and keep you heading in your own chosen direction despite the obstacles.
