That's exciting to know that your eyes have even improved! I have worn glasses for 30 years, and they have been deteriorating quite a bit lately,...mother and grandmother both had extremely poor vision and looks like my son too...perhaps the genetic cycle can be broken, or at least modified. It stands to reason though that if other organs can improve through proper nutrition, why not the eyes!
Hi Debbie. :) Thanks so much for your comment on my post. I did end up deleting it this morning--just so negative and I'm not suffering near as much any more--most of the physical pain is gone, so I don't feel as bad as I did last night. A total rollercoaster. :-/ I'm thinking I might only write in the times that I'm feeling better, so I'll have a more balanced look at what is happening to me and I can be more hopeful for others. The other 50 percent certainly must be where the problem lies, never raw! Sorry to delete your comment in the process of this!! A juice fast and thinking of this as what I might potentially gain is a wonderful, proactive idea. Here is what you wrote:
What a roller coaster, Lyza. Frustration/disappointment is understandable. I wonder if something in that "other 50%" is where the problem lies. I don't remember if you've mentioned this in past posts, but have you ever tried a full-on juice feast to give your digestive system a rest? Might be easier if you don't think of it in terms of how much you've sacrificed, but instead how much there is to potentially gain. Might not be the solution, but then again, what if it is?
