Thank you for posting this fantastic video about going raw, I will be going 100 % raw by my birthday on May 29th. My husband & I are going on a one week juice fast May first. I know that raw food is the best thing for my family !

Thank you for reposting this! I loved the part where she said...

Do the diet, let the food change you, because it will change you...and if you fall off the wagon, those green smoothies and juices are always there for you the next day! :)

Yes, this is true. Thanks - these videos help me so much. I have been eating raw for about the last week or so - I can't remember when I started, but I could figure it out if I needed to...

Anyway, I ate brown rice and some thai food - which was from Trader Joe's in a box that had spinach, lentils, greens and potatoes. It had 2 servings, which is probably really 4 servings and I ate the whole thing. I felt like crap. Then I woke up this morning feeling lethargic and heavy and bloated. I got on the scale (why, I don't know) and gained almost all my weight back. Well, I know this is only temporary, but it was a disappointment. I guess I got on the scale because I wanted to see the number for myself as I maybe perhaps don't trust my body to tell me? That's dumb. I should listen to my body and love it and feed it nutritious stuff. A friend of mine told me this morning that I inspire and motivate her and that I'm a good friend that way. That made me feel good.
