I recently switched from the SAD diet (though, vegetarian) to vegan (cooked) and hear many benefits about 'vegan' -- and, have watched many dvd''s encouraging the vegan way. I love pasta/rice and could eat it plain all day. However, I am very interested in raw and trying to learn more.
What was is that you either heard of or personally experienced yourself that convinced you to do raw vs cooked vegan?
(Maybe it might be motivating!)

I've lost a lot of weight and my skin was clear before but its glowing now. I noticed yesterday that I look like I did when I was 15. I haven't stopped eating cooked food for good, I still have soup at night and things here and there. But the majority is raw and I can't say enough good things about it.
The vitality and life force in raw attracts me, not that I have sworn off cooked forever or anything like that, it just feels good to eat live food.
