Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

It was three days of just watermelon and I couldn't be happier!

I had a good supply of watermelon for the three days, I wasn't hungry and my energies were up, I noticed the difference yesterday when the stock of papaya I had was limited and I was eating smaller portions, in the morning my energy was fine, went to school to do some paperwork and then worked in our garden - our herbs are looking pretty by the way! - but after lunch time I was really tired and took a 2 hr nap!

Study a bit after and then of course I went to bed late cause I wasn't sleepy anymore.

This morning has been fine, did some yoga and went to the market, I decided to skip the "just water" days because I need to at least be able to study and perform in my exams and so I will finish today with papaya. Unfortunately I could only get my hands on two papayas as I've been told more will come until September, so tomorrow I will reverse and do another three days of watermelon and finish with three days of melon for a total of two weeks.

I thinks it is pretty good for my first official fast and rather than keep pushing and make myself miserable, I better finish smoothly. I've also been craving greens, which never ever happens so I think that may be a good sign. I have been noticing the white stuff on the tongue I kept reading about in here so there's definitely signs that stuff is being cleaned out of my body. My skin is clearer and I do feel light.

Also, yesterday I read a book on clay, I actually got some a couple of months ago but have not taken it consistently, have any of you tried eatable clay? what experience did you have? I might give it a try after the fast, just to experiment.

Awesome idea - lemon mint! and with mangoes sounds amazing, wish I could get some good ones here.

I guess it is bentonite.

I actually had grabbed the wrong plain ole "mint leaves plant"for my garden and it was really "Lemon mint"well I had a bunch of fresh picked leaves and a watermelon,I cut it up into lil cubes chiffonaded the lemon mint, also had champagne mangos did the same in seperate bowls, stirred them around a lil fresh lime uice and let them sit about 15 minutes, wowsers absolutely yummo.I just went and got 2 more big ole watermelons 3.69 seedless. So whats eatable clay?not betonite clay?

I love watermelon!  In the summertime, when they are in season and it is HOT out, I always live on watermelon!  It is sooo refreshing!
