Today I started my new program. I bought a seasons pass to the park over the weekend using a coupon (Yeah) it is a 1.2 mile walk around the park. Plenty of resting areas for when it gets hot. Places to get water if I need more. Ducks to feed and paddle boats to work the leg muscles.
So 1.2 miles today and at the end of the walk a little rain for the ducks. I hopped into the car.
My other plan is Zumba it starts next week. The class was full but I sounded so dissapointed (and I was) they let me join YEAH. So after that I have to stick with it. I also signed up for the second 7 week session they will be having in July.
Just so I can work the bod I have the Zumba DVD's and sticks. Our company loans these out to us.
I have the Step DVD's and am looking for an extra step to use. Mine is in front of the washer so I can reach the laundry in it LOL.
Well hubby wants the computer. I will keep you posted.
