This week were a lot of ups and then downs...now inbetween. In the beginning of the week I was feeling sooooo great. I was able to have 2 green smoothies and then soup for dinner and a snack. It was working great for me. Then Wednesday night I tried something new with a yoga move and it kind of got my colon going which was what I wanted and I felt great. But my stomach was kind of achy that night and then the next day it was too. I felt a bit sick Thursday and Friday my nerves got the best of me and my stomach has been going haywire ever since. I didn't get any sleep at all on Thursday night and I felt sick and a little off Friday. But last night I had some stomach ease tea (yogi tea) and I slept great and until 10am, I could have actually slept more. I had my green smoothie and I felt great again. I'm sure the raw chocolate almond milk and chocolate macaroon helped a bit lol.
Hopefully this coming week I can get back on track,everything was so off the last part of the week.
