Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
Hi Everyone! =)
I am putting together material for Raw Food classes that I plan to hold at the local YMCA. Everyone is different, and all I know is what has helped and worked for me. I would really appreciate (and I'm sure so many here would also benefit!) if you could tell me what was your biggest obstacle with going raw, and what was the one (or two ;) biggest things you did/changed that helped you the most.
I'll start! :P
Back in 2003 I was introduced to "Raw" but knew no one and had NO support and didn't get into computers until a few years later. For me it was lack of knowledge, support and TIME- those were my biggest obstacles/challenges. I started with juicing and got tired of spending 3 hours/day in the kitchen!!! I was never completely raw then either- but juiced a lot and did the vegan thing for a while, then went back to SAD as I got very tired of lack of variety and all that time in the kitchen. The two biggest things that have helped me be successfully high raw has been quick/easy/delicious recipes and rawganizing my kitchen!
How 'bout you? Thank you in advance!! =)
