Hi guys,

I am totally new to RFR and really haven't a clue where to start!!  

I am looking lose a reasonable amount of weight (around 5 half st) and this may be my last resort as i have tried Weight Watcher, Atkins, just cutting calories and none of them worked, so i am hoping that i have found the right place.

I would be grateful if someone could be so kind as to guide me in the right direction as what foods to eat at the best time of day and so on so forth.

You have come to  the right place... definitely... last year i lost 4Stone on a RF diet and gained it all back, now i am here to get all the support i can, so that i can be successful long-term, i am feeling stronger by the day in terms of overcoming cravings and building my motivation, just look around the mansion and you will find a lot of support, just like me :))
