I am totally new to RFR and really haven't a clue where to start!!
I am looking lose a reasonable amount of weight (around 5 half st) and this may be my last resort as i have tried Weight Watcher, Atkins, just cutting calories and none of them worked, so i am hoping that i have found the right place.
I would be grateful if someone could be so kind as to guide me in the right direction as what foods to eat at the best time of day and so on so forth.
