No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

hi friends - I noticed that the last three posts have some reference to news or newness. So I'm adding a little news from me - a really fun thing that happened on my raw journey. I recently saw a post in a neighborhood bulletin board online offering a nearly new juicer for free. I have always used a Vitamix, have never had a juicer but have considered getting one for the occasional juice feast/fest now that I am 3 years into my raw life. So - voila! Here was the opening. I e-mailed the person to say I'd love to receive this item. At first she said someone else was ahead of me, but for some reason she had not followed through - she wanted to give her a day or so before promising it to me. Well, long story short - I am now the proud owner of a Waring Pro Health Juice Extractor - totally free, and gently used complete with the instruction booklet and all. I made my first carrot & beet juice today and I am turning the pulp into dehydrator crackers.

Oh the joys!

I love gifts from the Universe.

thanks Maureen - this is a new direction for me - an addition to green smoothies, so it's fun to know what others enjoy in their juicing combinations. I wouldn't have thought of red bell pepper or radishes - cool!

red bell pepper is great juiced and radishes are interesting ( good funky!) too.

thank you friends - feelin' JUICY in this fine company of fellow travelers. Love the Prince and Princess juice from the heart of a 5 year old how - so sweet. and it's so very much fun to drink our elixirs from a beautiful glass - for me the beauty of the presentation is as much a part of this as everything - we put so much love into what we do and how we receive it into our body-temple. thanks for jumping into the celebration with me - and CHEERS to you!

Juicers are pretty awesome :)  I have a masticating juicer and absolutely love it!  My 5yo and I make juice together, she loves making carrot, orange, and pineapple juice.  She calls it prince juice.  Add in some strawberries and she calls it princess juice lol!
