I love my smoothies! Even when I fell off the raw bandwagon, I still made smoothies...couldn't get enough! My base is always kale/spinach/lettuce plus banana, orange and either blue berries or strawberries. Sometimes I add mango or pineapple. YUM!
My childbirth students LOVE my green smoothies. I started teaching them about green smoothie goodness a few years ago when I first started raw. A few weeks ago, one of my former students dropped in to say hi and told me that she is still making green smoothies....yahoo!
Anybody want to share their favorite green smoothie combos? It's always fun to try new ones! =)
