100 g cashew
50 g white sesame
25 g of black sesame
120 g mix dried mangoes - coconut
25 g grated coconut
bunch goji berries
1 tablespoon molasses carob
3 tablespoons agave syrup
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
Mixes cashews into small pieces, add sesame: white and black (black has a more intense flavor). Pour coconut, goji berries, mango and coconut flakes. All together mix with carob molasses, agave syrup and oil.
Press into a lined pan and set in the fridge for min 3 hour.
Cut into bars ( You need a sharp knife ).
