I am a stone heavier than I am in my profile picture and not so cheerful either!

I had kept a record of my health journey on facebook over the past few years - and re-visited my journey into raw foods. 

I've been pondering why, how, I slid back into my old habits - back into wheat, caffeine, sugar, dairy in particular - and put back on that 14lbs layer of blubber!

I didn't manage to sustain the involvement in 'upgrade your eats' it was all too many log-in places to go each day - but  I follow it on facebook.

I am wanting to get back to that good place again.  Simple foods, no hunger, energy, inner radiance, happy heart!

Gill, must be a lunar thing going on. I am glad I am in good company! Can we help each other , those who have back slid, but are here now? Will be following your posts for support.
