Raw Food Cleanse - Day 3

Well, I did make it through the 3 day cleanse!!! It seemed like it was going to be such a long time when I started 3 days ago, but it sure did fly by.  I really want to thank everyone that gave me a positive word.  I also am so glad to have made so many new friends.  I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised at my weight loss...4.5 lbs!  Can you imagine what it will be after the 28 day cleanse ( which I decided yesterday that I would join in on ).   I never thought that 2 months ago when I took my first green smoothie that I would be on a fantastic ride like I am on these days.  I am just having a great time.  Everyday is a new adventure.  Without The Lords strength I would never of made it on my own...He lifts me up to levels that I never dreamed possible.
