I just got back from a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas. I gain 6 pounds in those 3 days. I’m ready to do a 30 day raw food cleans and would love to have some people do it with me. So who’s in?

I also add ginger to all my juice and my morning tea; it’s an anti-inflammatory. Yesterday I has a green smoothie made with about a cup n a half of watermelon juice, about a half pound of spinach, a frozen banana and about a fourth cup hemp seed. I lost another pound of cruise food. I pooped so much I thought it was going to be 2 pounds again. Oh well
Wow that sounds like an awesome juice. I *have* to add ginger to every juice I make, it is sooo yummo!
I have tried 5 times to do a juice fast and never made it past day 3. I may try it again some day but for now I’m at least going to have 1 juice meal and 1 fruit meal a day. I want to try making some of those fancy raw entrees for dinner. Maybe if I make a fun hobby out of raw food instead of seeing it as a chore I’ll be much more likely to do it. LOL Yesterday I had a juice; 10 carrots, 1 cucumber, a head of celery, an inch of ginger and a lemon. It made about 32 ounces. I got rid of 2 pounds of cruise food. LOL
Yes! Why not! I thought at first you were doing a 30 day juice cleanse which I'm soooo not ready for! I was thinking of trying to stay raw for at least two weeks but I'll join you guys for a 30 day stint! The month of June! I'm so excited!

Hello Kathy and Lissey. June first would be great for me. That will give me a few days to get my kitchen cleaned out. I get my check on the first too so I will go slopping with my list in hand. I am going to start a morning juing this morning though.
I am in---wanna start June 1rst? That's 30 days.
