so simple so goood:) pineapple and coconut pulp -  taste amazing :)

Bottom:
100g figs
50g dates
50g pecan nuts
50 g almonds
50g apricots

Filling:
At the bottom we put fresh pineapple :)

At the end -  the best .... whipped cream with coconut milk!
Coconut milk(can) -min 5five hours in the refrigerator .
Open can and remove all the solid coconut pulp, after mix cream in  bowl  until fluffy. mix whit syrup agava. soooo simpleeee :)

I made the very low-cal-no-sugar -no-nothing version of this:

made the coconut whip cream as you said (but no sweetener) then I just add some pieces of bananas, strawberries, it was just the perfect dessert!!!

Thanks for the recipe of the coconut whip cream I have become an addict to it!
