Raw Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

We're on holiday on Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. We're having an unscheduled extra day because the ferrires were cancelled in the high winds. Local food at this time of year is potatoes, neeps, eggs, lamb & chicken, and of course whisky. Thanks to the dubious magic of supermarkets and global chill chains I've been able to make green smoothies every day and eat salads. Didn't bring a sprouting jar, which was a shame, but overall not a bad effort. The friends we're staying with think I'm completely mad.

You have so much to be proud of. We all know how hard being away from home is, especially when plans change, and stay raw. Not only did you do well but you rawked it green smoothie style. Awesome!
