Raspberry /Kale Coconut Smoothie
This is an easy and creative way to use your veggies at home!
I always have Kale and frozen berries on hand to prepare endless possibilities
of smoothies and cold treats !
In a Blender:
2 cups of chopped Kale
2 cups of frozen raspberries
1 cup of Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tablespoon of grounded flax seed
3 Pre- soaked medjool dates
Directions: Add everything in the Blender and garnish with coconut flakes and raspberries
PS: Dairy Free/ Gluten Free/Fat Free
If want to add Honey/Agave/Stevia as a sweetener by all means do
It is filling and super fun to share with kids!
