Well I had a craving for something sweet, so I whipped up a quick sweetie. 

Almond pulp

Almond butter

Cacao powder

hemp seeds

maple syrup 

balsamic vinegar 

Wow, it just hit the spot. I don't measure but this was only about a half cup of sweets.

And you only need to eat a spoonful.

I do raw halvah when the need strikes. What a relief to have something small and quick to make and delicious and satisfying like that!

Interesting with the balsamic vinegar. Isn't it cool when you "whip" up a concoction and it works? My quick sweetie a lot of times is a date with a Brazile nut stuffed in it.
