I made a smoothie this morning that I will post in the kitchen. Didn't get to take a picture as I was too busy catching up on my email.
Yesterday I soaked some sunflower seeds and cashews so tonight I will make me some Spicy "beans" from Russell James recipe and I'll have to think of what to make with the cashews.
My positive for today is from something I picked up from Susan's Facebook page, I believe from www.acomplaintfreeworld.org:
Today is a new day! Make the best of it. Don't fill it with complaints or regrets. Break the cycle and use today to accomplish something.
Is there a problem that's been hounding you? Start taking steps to solve it. Pretending like it's not there won't make it go away. Start working on it today.
