Hello, I am juicing daily and have colonics and enema sessions.

Should I take probiotics? But probiotics contains milk!

Angela Stokes's Juice Feaster's Package includes probiotics, so I think they're actually recommended by the Juice Feasting gurus. Any of the other supplements that Whitney listed would be fine, too, but I also want to point out that it's totally fine to do a 5-10 juice cleanse without any of those things. Those recommendations are made specifically with long juice feasts in mind—up to 92 days. People have been juice fasting (now feasting) for shorter periods for ages, and have been fine without supplements. (I just don't want anyone to panic and think you have to run out and buy all this stuff. If you want to, that's cool; but don't feel like you have to.)

probiotics are a great addition to our 28 day cleanse!! I took that and MSM every morning of my 3 month juice feast. It's not a have to thing, but it is a help, for sure!

I did see on juicefeasting.com that they recommend certain supplements including

__Hemp Oil, 1 T [1x/day]]
__MSM, 1 T [1x-4x/day]
__Bee Pollen, 1 T [1-2x/day]
__Blue/Green Algae, 1 T [2x/day]
__Green Superfood Blend, 1 T [2x/day]

but if you are talking fast v. feast then there may be a difference. I don't know where that site stands on probiotics, but maybe they are not as necessary due to the lack of fiber during a feast/fast? Just an educated guess.

I searched the web and the master cleanse recomends taking probiotics after the fast. So I guess I'll go with that unless I hear otherwise.
