What an AMAZING WAY to get 1400 calories for the day!

I'm in "chocolate" Heaven!

We are dealing with another Chicago Weather Vortex (see picture below)! It's zero degrees here! Brrrrr!!! I'm dreaming of the tropics, and wanted something warm, desperately!!!

Ingredients:

❄ 20 dates
❄ Hot or warm water (whatever you are comfortable with)
❄ 2 Tblsp of carob powder
❄ 1/2 tsp of raw vanilla powder
❄ Peppermint herbal tea bag (organic if possible)

Blend them all together (except for the tea bag) on your smoothie setting of your Vitamix (or other blender that can pulverize dates).
Add the tea bag.
And enjoy the tasty awesome warm up!
