I am now down to 15mgs a day. The 1st couple of days after reducing, I can be somewhat touchy but for the most part I've been free of the terrible side effects people suffer when they try to reduce or stop an anti-depressant.
Food does make a HUGE difference. If you lay off the excito-toxins in most SAD food, you'll be less anxious. I'm in a great place right now with my food choices. I'm not 100% raw but I am Almost 100% vegan.
Next up is to develop an exercise plan. Hard to do since exercise stimulation causes me to become more prone to anxiousness.
