I've been out of touch since my trip out of town. That trip derailed me and it was a struggle getting back on track. However, I am BACK!! I have been following primarily raw with dinner being cooked. I've learned that cooked dinners can be hazardous--at least for me at the moment. I feel so much better with raw, generally, yet, sometimes I just want something cooked and once that cycle starts, it's harder to get back on track.
Cheese is one of my obstacles--I love it, even though I am lactose intolerant. Go figure. I wonder why it is that I would even indulge in anything that makes me feel so miserable for just a few moments of pleasure. Self-sabotage and over reliance on artificial enzymes to solve the problem. Now, I am seriously investigating raw nut cheeses in hopes of satisfying that particular craving.
That plus seasonal allergies have not been much fun lately! My car looks as if it had been dusted with flour.
Still on track, and hopefully more motivated!
