Not a very sunny day over here, and I am procrastinating my work commitments so I thought I might as well take some time to put my thoughts in writing. Over the last 2 years I have lost over 60 pounds and I haven't had a problem keeping it off... however I'm not done losing. According to the BMI calculators, I need to lose another 30 pounds to be in the normal range. However, I could stand to lose up to 45! Anyway- I'm pretty sure this go FRESH! initiative is going to do the trick to get this weight loss into full gear. However, I'm stuck as to what I should make my goals.
On the one hand, I'd like to really challenge myself and try to lose those 30 pounds... on the other hand I don't want to set myself up for failure so I'm thinking a 20 pound goal might be a better idea. I think either way, it's going to be fun watching these inches fly off (hopefully, lol). I already eat probably 70% raw and mostly vegan, but I could stand to cut back on the nuts, seeds, dried fruits, nut butters, raw brownies, etc. hehehehe
