So I went from 398 to 383 for the month of January. I am happy. Went and walked the track today..just beautiful. tomorrow I am walking 2 miles because my car was acting up Friday and didn't get to go to the track, but after two new tires and alignment..that part is fixed..now monday its getting two new window motors and then in the shop for engine work..my car is a gold digger lol..takes all my money. Doing 28 miles in 28 days. just a mile a day to get in the routine of exercise. I am excited that my cravings does not include fast food anymore. no more dreams of candy. although my mother decided to buy debra wonka and buy cakes, cookies, and candy tonight for them, fruit for me. Hope everyone is doing great. I hope to do better this month. aiming for another 15-20 pounds. Just know that 2013 is my year. Blessings and hugs to you all..have a great week everyone!!
