no weight loss this week, but actually gain..say what..its alright..not enough exercise plus been feeling yucky all week..not going there lol...gonna try harder next week...not giving up..thanks for all the wonderful comments..you guys rock..classes start back next week..my last semester and really excited..didn't know much..all this rain has crawled in my spirit somehow if thats even possible..be blessed everyone!!

one step at a time is all you have to do. Don't worry about the weight gain, your body will stabilize. If you focus on eating fruits all day, then a big salad at night, the weight will start dropping off, even if you eat what you think is large portions, it will still happen.

I'm not sure what 'style' of raw you are doing, but it's the raw nuts and things like raw cacao that mess people up on this diet.  If you stick to fruits and veggies, there is no way you can gain weight. And at the beginning, loss of energy is expected, as your body tries to remove toxins.  By the way, detox can last quite a bit, so maybe that's why you are feeling down? Have you been eating raw a while?

Hang in there though, things will become more clear as you keep carrying on...
