Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
I have two family members in my home with the flu!! What do you do to keep for getting the flu or lessening the severity of it? I am taking lots of fluids, taking extra Vitamin D and I am drinking different teas. I cannot have the flu right now, there is so much going on at work and I am taking care of other family members! Help!

Comment by Linda Ann on March 28, 2012 at 4:24pm Cynthia thanks, wow, I think that I may make that tonite. I also am using my thieves oils as a gargle then drinking on mouthful.
Comment by cynthia rocca on March 27, 2012 at 7:18pm I've been on overload with fresh citrus juice every morning this past winter and still drinking it ( it's like I can't get enough!)......I add camu powder for extra vit C and a scoop of beepollen and astragalus and blend it up, so yummy. I'm a dental hygeinist and constantly exposed to bacteria and germs and my boyfriend was bedridden with the worst cold/ flulike funk for two weeks, I barely have had a sniffle all season. So it's the high C for me, worth a try, grapefruits and honey tangerines have been the choice! good luck!
Comment by Linda Ann on March 27, 2012 at 6:25pm Thank you Bette, I have manuka coming in tomorrow. I am going to head up to my bedroom now for some r and r.
Good suggest Alessandra!
You might take the natural antibiotic Grapferuit Seed Extract.
Lots of lemon and honey (manuka is best).
Lots of green juice.
Take good care of your nervous system, getting plenty of rest and stress free time. Take your B vitamins too!
Oregano oil is awesome too and any medicinal mushrooms!!!
Stay well! <3
Comment by Linda Ann on March 27, 2012 at 12:33pm I am going to check that out now thank you!
Garlic...and then there is this powershot that Paul Risse has Seth do in his movie "Average Joe"....it has apple cider vinegar, cayenne, ginger, garlic....not sure what else...will have to rewatch the movie to get it down exactly. Best of luck to you!
