I am new here and finding my way around...SO much information. I am just winding up my 5th Week of the CLEAN program cleanse. I am taking this 6th week to transition to what's next for me and I am not sure what that is. I think I will stay on an Elimination Diet and reintroduce a few things that interest me still, but I would like to increase the % of RAW foods in my diet. That could take awhile, so why I am learning what might be trigger foods for me, I will explore what goes on here to help define my next steps.
I am considering the April reset, but that might be too soon after the clean cleanse - or not. I know I would like to do more with juices, as during my CLEAN cleanse, it was mostly smoothies/shakes for breakfast and dinner.
FYI, my name, "MacaLove", is because I discovered Maca powder curing my cleanse and it is an amazing an superfood for smoothies, gives me great morning energy, and is just a cool root that looks a little like a rustic beet!
