I have been giving this a lot of thought and April has 30 days so that is when I will start. This gives me time to PLAN. Remember if you fail to plan you plan to fail. How many of us are guilty of this (raises hand).
I want to plan desserts well yes they are important!!! Then I will plan the rest of my meals around them LOL.
I want to prepare my weeks main meals in 2-3 preps so that It does not have me uncooking all the time ( I do have to cook for the SAD people in the house).
I PLAN to not us the dehydrater for the first few weeks. I PLAN to make many nutless dishes and desserts so I can share with my family (one has a nut allergy), this will help cut down on preping a lot of separate dishes for them.
So That is part of the PLAN.
I also have GOALS---You need GOALS------ How do you know you got where you want to be if you don't know where you are going?
2)Prepare main dishes ahead
3) Make desserts that make me get excited about getting home to eat them!!
4)Exercise and step up what I do do for exercise.
5)take care of me be it extra pampering,crafting,spending time doing things that I enjoy
6)Lose weight - My goal is 75lbs by the years end. This is huge so I need to look at smaller amounts in smaller time periods. Just think that is 9 months to lose 75lbs!! So 75 divided by 9 is wait let me get my shoes off so I can use my toes. Hey can I borrow some more fingers and toes?? Okay it is 8.3333333 and so on pounds a month. Or 2 lbs a week.
7)Did I put in ORGANIZE yep I have to organize my raw kitchen
As time goes on I will work more on this.

I am as successful as I make up my mind to be.
