Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

Hi everyone

I am posting to ask about candida. Does anyone have tips. Doctors dont have much knowledge about it, i done a test that says i seem to have it severe, doctor was only willing to do a  mouth swab that came back negative but i feel its intestinal candida. I am vegan, try eating high raw and eat no refined sugar, but i do eat natural sugar and fruits alot. Im confused to be honest :(

If you suspect candida, it probably is.

Limit all sugars (just good health advice anyway) and eat all clean organic if you can.

Stay out of moldy places.

Skin brush and smother your skin with coconut oil after...for starters. Sooo many suggestions but I dont want to smother you with ideas. :)

hmm yeah it's hard to know.  I would do some mono-meals and see how you feel with those.  They are the easiest on the body and it might help you find a trigger.

Thanks Amber. Im just not sure whether it is candida or simply all coming from my chronic/adrenal fatigue. Im feeling awful. Im starting the 28 day reset. Will try a month and see. I could eat less of the natural sugars like maple syrup and dates and figs. If i must lol :-)

I read in Nutritional Healing that for candida you should stay away from all fruits including citrus, sugars, and ham (I know that won't be a problem for you).  You should eat only vegetables with low sugar content so stay away from carrots and corn until the candida is resolved.  Then you can slowly introduce foods back into your diet.  Maybe doing a green juice cleanse would help you out?
