Raw Food Rehab

Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

Hey there, everyone...

I wanted to end this year with a blog updating  what's happening in my life.

You all know that I miracelously got a commercial vita-mixer about 2 weeks ago.

Well, I've been a blending fool. It's so much easier now for me.

I've gone about 70% raw with a few lapses and I hope hope to stomp  those out as the days go by.

I'm already seeing results... a demin skirt that I was struggling  to get over my upper body and hips to

get into is now going down easier, much easier and I can even fasten it now and it's even easy to fasten.

This is the second day that I am walking without my CANE...Eureka !!!

(I'm doing a happy dance in my head)

I mean I waited at the bus stop and walked to my other bus all without the use of my cane.

I even feel stronger and every now and then I feel like my old self.

My back pains are lessening and those pain were nothing to play with. They were meanies.

My starting weight was 256. I can't bring myself to weigh, if it's not enough

( like losing 100 lbs in a week...lol) I get disappointed.

So I'll weigh some time soon, since Lady T(another Rehabber) and I are assisting and encouraging

each other during this upcoming R2E Initiative.

I stuck to my green smoothies even when a pizza was prepared in the house almost from scratch.

This had never happened before and it was a huge pizza with lots of fresh veggies on it.

I sat on the sofa and tried to justify the eating of a slice(a big one) out of it.

But, Thank God I was able to hear the whispering in my ear from within to eat some fruit instead.

I heard and I obeyed both nights it was served. Thank God for obedience.

Why??

because it meant so much more to me to feeel so much better.

About two months ago, I felt dying was better than living like this.

I'm also elated that I did lose 26 pounds last years and kept off 20 of them successfully.

That's not a small thing to do and I'm happy about that.

The detox has not been too bad. I've only been weak, slightly headachy, going to the bathroom

like crazy and had a yucky crusty nose every day

but, I'd like to try to get to 100% raw or at least as close as possible.

I thank God for RFR and the rehabbers, because they have been such and encouragement

to me on this journey.

I wish everyone a Happy Great Green New Year !!!!

Penni...Thanks for acting on this God-idea of creating this site.

Let the games begin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See you all next year...........

I am sooooo happy for you. Raw can show some results so quickly while others work from the inside out. Don't worry about some stuff Raw takes care of what it thinks is important first.

Wait til your heels get soft all by themselves!!! A side effect to raw nice soft feet LOL.
