Today was the last day of the 28 day cleanse, Some things I learned :) 1. Green Drinks are a wonderful nutrient dense drink full of minerals and vitamins and give you wonderful energy, you actually start to crave them :) I actually had already been drinking a quart a day for a while but just sayin...Smoothies are wonderful and filling, I would actually add lower glycemic fruits more hemp seeds,chia seed,flax seeds, flax oil and or hemp oil, and most of all more greens to the smoothies...All in all it was fun and a creative February :) I feel great! wooo hooo! Thanks for all your support! :)))))

a day or two for me of cleansing is very challenging. 28 days is awesome! Thanks for the inspiration. Hope i can get there.  Congratulations!
